Philli steak, wedges on a bed of spinach


Serves 2 with leftovers for lunch, 4 syns.


  • 3 frying steaks
  • Baby sweetcorn
  • 1.5 red pepper
  • Spinach
  • 4 potatoes cut into wedges, skins on
  • Fry light
  • S&P
  • Large pinch parsley
  • 1 tspn chives
  • Large pinch mixed herbs
  • 40g philadelphia light soft cheese- 2 syns
  • 1 spoon fat free greek yogurt
  • Squirt of lemon juice
  • 20g per person low fat cheese


  • Cover baking sheet with fry light, add potato wedges, cover in fry light and bake for 45 mins 190°
  • Dice red pepper and slice baby corn
  • Mix philli, yogurt, lemon juice, herbs and seasoning, put to one side
  • Thinly slice the frying steaks.
  • Once potatoes are starting to colour evenly (about 35 mins), heat up the pan using fry light, add steak and cook until sealed
  • Add the vegetables, cook for about 5 mins
  • Heat up spinach pan, once ready and minutes before serving add 2 large handfuls
  • In the other pan, take of the heat, stir in the philli mix
  • To serve layer spinach, wedges and philli steak, sprinkle cheese on the top
